Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, you can reschedule, but please let me know at least 5 days before your shoot. If I need to cancel for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • You can usually change the route after booking, but there may be some limitations. I try to accommodate all requests, but please note that last minute changes might not always be possible if I have other shoots scheduled nearby.

  • If you need to cancel your session, here’s how it works:

    • Cancel 3 days or more before your shoot: No fee

    • Cancel 1-2 days before your shoot: 50% fee

    • Cancel on the day of the shoot: 100% fee

  • Credit cards available: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, and DISCOVER NETWORK. All payments will be charged in Japanese yen (JPY).

  • For light rain, we can use umbrellas or find a sheltered spot to continue. If the weather gets worse, we'll reschedule at no extra cost. I love capturing Tokyo's rainy-day charm, but if you'd prefer to reschedule, I'm happy to find a new date that works for you!

  • If you're late, we'll have to shorten your session, so please try to arrive on time. Tokyo can be tricky to navigate, but planning ahead helps. If you're delayed, let me know ASAP—I'll do my best to adjust, but I can't guarantee extra time. If you're more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session will be canceled without a refund.

  • If the location requires an admission fee, you'll need to cover the cost for both yourself and the photographer.

  • Wear clothes that you’re comfortable in, especially for longer sessions with lots of walking. Comfortable shoes are a good idea too. I suggest soft pastel colors and avoiding patterns. Natural fabrics like cotton and wool usually look best in photos.

  • Yes, the session time includes walking between locations.

  • You can book at least one week in advance, but to secure your spot during peak seasons, it's best to book at least four weeks ahead.
