Welcome to Kitsune Studios. By booking a photo session with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (T&C) and Privacy Policy. Kitsune Studios, including its subsidiaries and partners, reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We encourage you to review them periodically, as your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Overview

Kitsune Studios provides an online platform at www.kitsunestudios.ph (the “Site”) that facilitates the booking of photo sessions across various locations in Japan. Protecting your privacy is paramount to us. These T&C, along with our Privacy Policy, govern all data collection and usage practices by Kitsune Studios. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as outlined in this policy.

2. Data Collection

Kitsune Studios collects personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, and demographic details to enhance your experience and complete transactions. We use cookies to personalize your experience and track site usage. Cookies are text files placed on your device by a web server, and you have the option to manage these through your browser settings. The information collected helps us operate and improve our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unrelated to Kitsune Studios.

3. Use of Personal Information

The personal information you provide is used to operate the Site and deliver the services you request. We may also use this information to inform you about other products or services offered by Kitsune Studios. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. 7. Booking Time

The time booked with a photographer is reserved exclusively for your session. Any delays, travel between locations, or additional time will be included within the booked period.

8. Photo Editing Time

Photos will be edited and delivered within 5 business days following the session.

9. Editing

We provide standard editing for brightness and color adjustments but do not perform extensive retouching. Custom editing requests are not accommodated.

10. Payment and Currency

All payments are processed in JPY.

11. Travel Expenses

For remote locations more than 1 hour outside the city center, additional charges may apply. Please discuss details with us via WhatsApp or email prior to your booking.

12. Other Expenses

Entrance fees for certain locations are not included in the session fee and must be paid separately by you.

13. Theft

Kitsune Studios and the photographer are not liable for theft or loss of personal belongings during the session.

14. Refund Policy

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 3 days before the session. Partial refunds of 70% are available for cancellations made between 2 days and 3 hours before the session. No refunds are issued for no-shows.

15. Injury

By booking a session with Kitsune Studios, you waive any right to legal action for injuries or damages resulting from the session. You agree to hold Kitsune Studios and the photographer harmless from any claims related to personal injury, property damage, or other losses.

16. Changes to This Policy

Kitsune Studios may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically to stay informed about our practices and how we protect your information.
